Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Woodstock Medical Aesthetics, we reserve appointment times exclusively for each client. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your respect for our providers' time. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, or the deposit may be applied to a future appointment at your request.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will forfeit 50% of any deposit paid.

3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to arrive without notice (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. No-show clients may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

4. Deposits

A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services, including but not limited to:

Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking and applied toward your treatment cost.

5. Tardiness

We will do our best to accommodate clients who arrive late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.

6. Refund Policy for Services Rendered

Due to the nature of aesthetic medical services, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have been performed. All services are provided based on your individual anatomy, treatment goals, and clinical judgment at the time of your appointment.

If you have concerns about a treatment outcome, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can discuss your options, including any appropriate follow-up care.

7. Refund Policy for Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products due to health and safety regulations.

8. Prepaid Packages

Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another individual. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Medical Contraindications

If you are unable to receive a scheduled treatment due to a medical contraindication identified at your appointment, any deposit paid will be fully refunded or applied toward a future appropriate service, at your discretion.
