Nikki Gewirz PA-C is a nationally board-certified Physician Associate (NCCPA) licensed in Vermont with over 20 years of advanced clinical and surgical training. She began her career in orthopedic and general surgery at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Gifford Medical Center — building the anatomical expertise and steady hand that now defines her approach to aesthetic medicine.
She holds a Master of Public Health from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth — where she was honored with the Social Justice Award and completed her clinical training at Stony Brook University School of Health Professions. She is an Allergan Medical Institute Certified Injector — trained directly by the makers of Botox and Juvederm — and practices under the medical directorship of Dr. Jennifer Beatty MD.
